This module is designed to empower BIM Managers with the practical knowledge, strategic insight, and digital tools required to create, manage, and implement a BIM Execution Plan (BEP) that truly delivers value.
Participants will learn how to develop BEPs that are not only technically sound, but also fully aligned with the project’s goals, contractual requirements, and the latest international standards such as ISO 19650. Through a structured, hands-on approach, the course covers everything from understanding the Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR) to defining the Level of Information Need (LOIN), managing data workflows, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality through audit-ready documentation.
By the end of the course, BIM Managers will be equipped to lead the BIM implementation process with clarity, consistency, and confidence—ensuring smoother collaboration, better decision-making, and more successful project outcomes.
